Pay & Benefits

In addition to the basic pay for each of our roles, we also pay enhanced pay rates for overtime and unsocial shifts.

Overtime worked in excessive of the 37.5 hours per week,will be paid at the overtime rate of time and a half, for all eligible staff in pay bands 1-7

 

If you are required as part of your contract to work to cover services in the evening, at night over weekends and on public holidays,you will receive unsocial hours payments. These payments are in addition to your basic salary.

 

For our frontline roles where your shift patterns include weekend and evening working you have the ability to earn more! See below for the enhancement rates

Annual Leave

We can offer a competitive annual leave entitlement. On appointment to the Trust, you will be entitled to the equivalent of 27 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays. Your annual leave will increase with your continuous service with us. After 5 years’ service you will be entitled to 29 days plus bank holidays and after 10 years, 33 days plus bank holidays.
